"B" is for Ben

This is Ben by VCAD! I made this card for my grandson's birthday and back to school, kind of an all in one, since it had money for...school shopping and a toy! Ben is so sweet looking! He is colored with copics and prisma's. The card is a shutter fold card that is WAY fun to make! I made my mom one for her birthday also, but forgot to take a pic of it! Now its 250 miles away and it will have to wait. I forget who the cardstock is by...but it has frogs on it and is so perfect for a boy! The school days etc. are from my stash. Used my oval nesties and my EKS swirl punch.
Vic has some of the cutest back to school images! Make sure you stop over and check out her all her images and her newest!

Mummu & Me

Another awesome design by Mo's Digital Pencil. This is me with my grandkids! LOL I'm always dancing with them. Of course we dance to "Birdhouse in Your Soul" and " The Worm"!

I colored the image with my prisma's and googone and copics. The Paper, flowers, are from my stash. Used my MS border & branch punch, and SU corner punch.
I've done quit a few cards, but for some reason blogger won't let me upload pictures without removing them from "my pictures" album and throwing it in documents. I've tried to figure out what is going on, but thats not working either!

I changed my blog look! It was time, as much as I love my other one! I wanted a nice fall header and background! Well as you can see, there's not much fall about it. I went into my graphics and started playing and this is my fall scene! LOL I know its busy, but once I get started its hard to quit! So... might see a REAL fall one, one of these days!

Hope everyone is having a great long weekend! Weather is gorgeous in S. MN!

And heres....Autumn

I LOVE this image! I just think she is so darn cute and looks so happy! This is another new release by Victoria Case, exclusively for SCACD! Make sure you check out these awesome new rubber images! Everyone of them are as cute as can be! Also check out the DT for SCACD and VCAD and take a peek at their wonderful creations!!!

I colored Autumn with my prisma's and copics. The flowers are from my stash and I added some stickles to the eyelets. The leaves....well I wanted a leaf and so I put a search in for leaf template and found thousands! This one is from a site for teachers. I saved it, resized it in my graphics program and printed it out on my DP, cut, added some Distressed Inks and stickles and had my leaves! I think they turned out awesome! The swirl is from EKSuccess, Paper shaper.

The DP is from My Minds Eye, Bloom & Grow. Perfect for fall!

Thanks again for stopping by, make sure you check on the right side of my blog and follow the DT for VCAD and and see the great cards!

Kissing Frogs!

Ahhh, how cute is this image!! I think this is one of my new favorites by VCAD. If I was a witch or could cast spells, this is what I would want to look like! I love everything about her! I think her dress is awesome!

I colored her with my pirsma's and copics. All the DP and paper are from my bits and pieces stash, that never is going to end! I had this great purple netting that I used and tied a bow, not an easy task with netting! Buttons are from my stash and the black DMC thread. My corner I used a nestie, cut it at an angle and punched out the middle with my SU 1 inch circle punch. Added the green "diamonds"! And check out the spider!!! My newest MS punch! I love it!

My grandson Ethan loves/hates spiders so I will have fun with that!
Thanks for stopping by!

Here is my project I've been working on for the month of July. These cute images are from VCAD and are now available on CD. I can't tell you how much fun I had with this project. I finally had to be DONE with it! I could of kept coloring and altering for ever! Victoria finally gave me a deadline so I had to quit!!! First off I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Vic for supplying me with these great images to "play" with! We had a lot of fun figuring out images to fit the "cook". She did an awesome job with these images! And fun to color! I love red, one of my favorite colors. I saw this DP and knew I had to use it! I came across a wonderful tutorial for the accordion folder with the handle at Maria Bell's blog. Click on her name, that will take you right to the tutorial. But make sure you check out all her great creations while your there!! She does FABULOUS work! The milk carton and carrier are by Lauren Meader, Timeless Templates. and can be purchased at Papertrey Ink. She has wonderful templates! Easy to follow instructions and lots of eye candy!
I love kitchen things! My kitchen is one of my favorite places in my house! I have about 200 cookbooks! I have a nice collection of cookie jars! I collect SPAM cans! LOL and vintage pitchers and glasses. I have little collectibles all over my kitchen and the kicker of it is... I hate to cook!
I do very little cooking! Hubby LOVES to cook, and so he cooks, I clean! Works for me! But give me something for my kitchen!! And I'm in heaven!
Thanks for stopping by! Sorry the photo's are sort of mixed up, or not in the order I would want them to be, but uploading all those photos, I lost track of where I was!!
Make sure you check out all VCAD great digi's and rubber! You will LOVE them!

Mo's Digital Pencil

Surfing the web the other day, I found this great site for Mo's Digital Pencil, a new to me, digi heaven! What cute images and fun to color! Of course who can buy just one? NOT ME!
I fell in love with the "The Tramp"!! Who looks like Charlie Chaplin, and who don't love him!

I colored him with my prisma's and copics. DP is from my stash, trying to use up those bits and pieces since I have wayyyy to many! The sentiment is from TAC, which I thought fit perfect!
The rest is just stash stuff!
Such a cool image!

Thanks for stopping!

And she's back!

I know, I've been missing forever! I took the month of July off! LOL and almost 1/2 the month of August. Where is this month going?? Spent lots of time with my grandkids, did some gardening, and just enjoyed summer! Did a lot of reading, sitting on the deck and sipping ice tea!

But I'm "back in the game"! I have been working on a big project for VCAD and have it completely finished and sent off. Watch for some awesome digi's from VCAD!

This week the humidity has been awful and you melt just walking out the door! So yesterday, I made a card with an ice skater and snowflakes! This cute image is a digi by Victoria Case!

I think this little gal is sooo cute! I colored her with my prisma's and always use copics for the skin. The DP is OLD! Found it in my bits and pieces and had just enough for this! The snowflakes are from Michaels and come in a huge package, some have glitter on them, more don't!
Used my swirl punch and colored the swirls with my silver GellyRoll pen.
I've got a few more new cards to share, so I'll be back!
Thanks for stopping by, and not giving up on me! LOL
